If you haven’t picked up a PS VR yet, but are interested in getting one, the bundles have returned. These bundles are not on the PlayStation Store though, they are only in retail stores, so check your local retailers for availability. The price for these bundles are $499 USD/$699 CAD (MSRP).
The first bundle, which is coming sometime next week, includes all of what of is listed below and there is a picture included :
- PlayStation VR headset
- PlayStation Camera
- Two PlayStation Move motion controllers
- PlayStation VR demo disc
- PlayStation VR Worlds
If you want something more a little more scary and not so colorful, you can get the second bundle. It includes the Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, which is a PlayStation 4 exclusive. This bundle even has a specific location it could be available, Gamestop and EB Games. This one will not be available until later this month, and includes:
- PlayStation VR headset
- PlayStation Camera
- Two PlayStation Move motion controllers
- PlayStation VR demo disc
- Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
It has only been three months since PS VR has launched and Sony stated “the game lineup looks to be incredibly strong in 2017.” A few games we are absolutely sure to get this year for PS VR are Farpoint, Golem, Gran Turismo Sport, Star Trek: Bridge Crew, and Psychonauts in Rhombus of Ruin.
It seems odd they would release these bundles separately during the month, considering some people don’t like to play frightening games. I am also surprised they did not just go straight for the Resident Evil 7 Biohazard PS VR bundle, but that is probably because they already had these bundles in the works.
