Top 20 UK Games Sales: Number One Might Surprise You

Although last week was a rather not sur­pris­ing out­come for the UK charts, this week is total­ly dif­fer­ent. With some sur­prise, Shad­ow of Colos­sus did not make a sec­ond week appear­ance, despite decent reviews.

Instead, FIFA 18 has man­aged to claw it’s way up to num­ber one, after many long months of being in the top five. The pre­vi­ous first place hold­er, Shad­ow of Colos­sus has fall­en all the way to sev­enth. Mean­while, a title recent­ly released on Feb­ru­ary 13th, King­dom Come: Deliv­er­ance, is the cur­rent run­ner up. Always among the top 5, Grand Theft Auto V is hold­ing third. Mon­ster Hunter: World has only dropped one posi­tion, from third last week to being fourth.

How­ev­er, the most sur­pris­ing of all among the first five posi­tions, is a game that came out back in 2014. Bay­o­net­ta 2 has, some­how, man­aged to claw its way to fifth.
