Although Sea of Thieves seems to be having problems, with criticisms from pretty much everyone, it did manage to start at the top during its debut week. A few other titles also debuted this week and have managed to push some of the constant “top fivers” out.
Shortly after the launch of Sea of Thieves, A Way Out was released on March 23rd and is currently trailing the Xbox One exclusive in second place. Ni No Kuni ΙΙ: Revenant Kingdom also debuted on March 23rd, but has landed in third for the week. Assassin’s Creed Rouge Remastered, released the same day as Sea of Thieves, ending up in fourth its starting week. FIFA 18 is still creeping around in the top 5, which is currently 5th, while last week it was up a few in third.
Thankfully, all these brand new titles being released means Grand Theft Auto V is no longer pushing around the other kids, for now. You can see the rest of the top 20 below, but as always, these sales represent physical copies only:
