In a couple of days, Sony will be airing a new State of Play which will focus on one of Sony’s PS4 exclusives: Ghost of Tsushima.
The stream starts at 1:00 p.m. PT/ 4:00 p.m. ET this upcoming Thursday on May 14th. Sony stated the presentation will provide “an extended look at new gameplay footage, including exploration, combat and more.” This State of Play is estimated to be around 18 minutes long and, of course, you’ll be able to watch it on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube.
Within the PlayStation Blog post, Sony made everyone aware this State of Play was strictly devoted to show casing Ghost of Tsushima. No PS5 news or updates will be featured during the broadcast, so don’t expect any new details on the next-gen console.
Ghost of Tsushima was supposed to launch in June, but was delayed because Sucker Punch’s employees having to work from home, due to the pandemic. The new release date for Ghost of Tsushima is July 17th, 2020.
