Rockstar Announces L.A. Noire Re-release

Today Rock­star games announced not 1 but 4 ver­sions of L.A. Noire are being re-released. 3 for con­soles and 1 for VR.  For those who haven’t played or seen L.A. Noire, it takes place in 1940’s Los Ange­les, you play a detec­tive and solve cas­es based on real world crimes.

Rock­star out­lined the 4 ver­sions that are com­ing, Here are the details via The Rock­star News Wire:

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files for HTC Vive deliv­ers sev­en of the orig­i­nal engross­ing, self-con­tained cas­es from L.A. Noire rebuilt specif­i­cal­ly for vir­tu­al real­i­ty, blend­ing breath­tak­ing action with true detec­tive work to deliv­er an unprece­dent­ed inter­ac­tive experience.

L.A. Noire for the Nin­ten­do Switch fea­tures the com­plete orig­i­nal game and all addi­tion­al down­load­able con­tent, with spe­cif­ic enhance­ments includ­ing a Joy-Con mode with gyro­scop­ic, ges­ture-based con­trols, HD rum­ble and new wide and over-the-shoul­der cam­era angles, plus con­tex­tu­al touch screen con­trols for portable detec­tive work.

I played L.A. Noire on the Playsta­tion 3 and I loved it, I spent a cou­ple hun­dred hours solv­ing crimes and explor­ing 1940s Los Angeles.
