Blizzard announced another free weekend of play for Overwatch, starting February 16th and ending the 19th. It free for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, so if you haven’t tried the game already you’ve got this weekend to give it a whirl.
This weekend, Overwatch’s full roster of 26 heroes and 16 maps will be available for you to get at. Included modes during the weekend are, Quickplay, Custom Games, and the Arcade. For obvious reasons, Competitive matches are not among the playable modes. You can also open Loot Boxes, as well as unlock a variety of different customization options.
If you decided to purchase Overwatch after your test run, any progress made you’ll be able to keep (including items from Loot Boxes). Just make sure you use the same account (Battle.net, PSN, or Xbox Live) that you played on. Below are the times for pre-download for PS4 and Xbox One:
- FOR PLAYSTATION 4 (Pre-download starting at 11:00 AM PST on February 13)
- FOR XBOX ONE (Pre-download starting at 11:00 AM PST on February 13)
