PC players can grab a free game on Steam right now, the first-person shooter, Metro 2033. Until March 15th at 10 a.m. PT/ 1 p.m. ET 4A Games’ Metro 2033 will be free to own, so grab it when you can (if you want to). It should be noted that this is the original version of the game, not the enhanced version, Metro 2033 Redux. The freebie coincides with a franchise sale, including the two other entires.

Metro 2033 was released back in 2010, adapted rom the Russian novel with the same name. The game is set in a post-apocalypse world, within the tunnels of Moscow’s underground metro system. You play the protagonist, Artyom, a man who’s spent a large portion of life in the tunnels. His stations is attacked by mysterious monsters, prompting Artyom to leave home to investigate and find help.

Metro 2033 Redux and Metro Last Light Redux are on sale for $4 each on Steam this weekend. Metro Exodus, the last title in the series, is $13.59 right now.
