Last Chance To Pick Up January’s PlayStation Plus Games

This week­end will be the last chance to pick up Jan­u­ary’s free PlaySta­tion Plus games.

For those on PS4 these games include This War of Mine: The Lit­tle Ones, Day of the Ten­ta­cle Remas­tered, Titan Souls, The Swin­dle, and Azk­end 2: The World Beneath. Some of these games are tech­ni­cal­ly free games for PS3, but have PS4 ver­sions that can be downloaded.

Feb­ru­ary’s free PlaySta­tion Plus games will be avail­able on Tues­day Feb 7 when the PS Store updates. Here is the full list of games that will become available.

Of these games I can per­son­al­ly rec­om­mend Lit­tleBig­Plan­et 3 and Starwhal.

LitleBig­Plan­et 3 is a fun and sim­ple plat­former that gives play­ers the abil­i­ty to cre­ate lev­els. By now there will be enough user cre­at­ed lev­els that you could find plen­ty of top qual­i­ty lev­els that either add a new spin to the game or rival lev­els made by the developer. 

Star­whal is a game meant to be played with friends by your side. This can lim­it the amount of peo­ple who can play it, but it can be a ton of fun when you can get a group togeth­er. Because of the sim­ple con­trols and objec­tive, the game can also be played with peo­ple who don’t often play videogames. At the very least the game is worth keep­ing in your library.
