Sony announced today on its PlayStation’s blog that it plans on releasing several titles from the Jak and Daxter series later this year.
Among the titles, these include Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak ΙΙ, Jak 3 and Jak X: Combat Racing. All of these are PS2 classics, but the first three games in the series were remade on the PS3 years ago. This is not a port from those, but done specifically for the PS4 because the PS3 code was rather messy.
There was no release date given and it seems these will only be digital downloads, as no physical release was talked about. They did provide images and a rather short video from the PS4 version of these classic games, which you can see below:

Jak X: Combat Racing is a fresh re-release, as it was not on the PS3. This game is not going to have online multiplayer (can’t see how it would), but you can still play against your friends in split screen mode. You can also go through the Adventure or Exhibition modes.
All of these games will the upscaled to 1080p and include trophies. They will also include Shareplay, Remote Play, and Activity Feed.
