During Gamescom Opening Night Live Fall Guys developer Mediatonic revealed Season 2 content, all of it medieval-themed. They showed new minigames and costumes, including a giant castle for tail tag, new block-pushing game where you climb over castle walls — alongside a new dragon, knight, Viking, wizard and witch costumes.
Season 2 won’t begin right away, giving players over a month to get the current season’s rewards. Mediatonic only showed a short clip during Gamescom Opening Night, despite the hype beforehand. Many of the same games are returning, but with new maps and obstacles. That includes swinging axes, moving ramps and platforms to jump through floating rings.
The game’s lead designer, Joe Walsh, thanked fans for all their support and Fall Guys massive success. Walsh had previously promised that more content would be on the way to Fall Guys, so there will likely be more shown beyond what was shown.
