Of course GTA online would have some killer stuff in the works for the new year. So it is no surprise they would have a new mode that would include explosions, a new vehicle to pimp out in style, and who could forget double XP?
If you were a big fan of Rockstar’s motorcycle update, then this motorcycle is for you. Is has been dubbed the Pegassi FCR 1000, and described as “an instant classic, this bike will be the envy of your grandpa, even if he did disown you.” You can style it in many ways, as seen below, and it definitely looks very old-school:
Along with the motorcycle, Rockstar was gracious enough to give us a new adversary mode called Vehicle Vendetta. In this new mode you, and your teammates go against an opposing crew all competing for power-ups that could turn the tides of the battle:
- Beast: Automatically transforms you into a Rhino Tank.
- Detonator: Removes obstacles and objects from the arena.
- Bomb: Place up to three bombs around the map to destroy trailing enemies.
- Rockets: Fire rockets at oncoming drivers to incapacitate them.
- Repair: Returns vehicle back to max health.
- Ghost: Become translucent, allowing you to drive through enemy vehicles to steal their power-ups.
- Jammed: Forces the accelerator on for the enemy team’s vehicles.
- Flipped: Reverses the enemy team’s steering, acceleration and braking controls.
- Zoned: Slows down time for all players.
- Deadline: Automatically switches you onto the Nagasaki Shotaro complete with devastating light trail.
- Random: Chance to collect any power-up except Detonator.
On top of all this chaos and mayhem, you will earn double GTA$ and RP now through January 17th in Vehicle Vendetta. Good Luck.
