Today, Google announced a partnership with several developers during their Stadia Connect livestream, who will be creating exclusives for the tech-giants streaming platform. Two of the the five exclusives were detailed during the presentation, alongside 15 other title arriving to throughout the year.
Splash Damage, the studio behind Gears Tactics, is working on a game title Outcasters. This exclusive is “vibrant and accessible competitive online multiplayer game set in a distinctly stylized vinyl world.” There are millions of customizations options to create unique casters as you compete in matches of up to eight players. There will be plenty of action on the battlefield including springing, sharp-shooting and bouncing, winning dishes out rewards. No official release date has been announced.
The second exclusive detailed was Orcs Must Die 3, developed by Robot Entertainment. It features the “largest orc armies ever assembled,” War Scenarios, mountable War machines and more. It is free for Stadia Pro subscribers.
While Google didn’t give information on the other three exclusive games, they did state what developers were working on them. Harmonix (Guitar Hero, Rock Band), Uppercut Games (City of Brass, Submerged) and Supermassive Games (Until Dawn) — are all currently developing games just for Stadia.
