Assas­s­in’s Creed Val­hal­la’s upcom­ing paid DLC, the Wrath of the Druids, has been pushed from its April 29th release date. It’s now sup­posed to launch on May 13th as devel­op­er Ubisoft Mon­tre­al said is wants to “deliv­er a more refined experience.”

The offi­cial Assas­s­in’s Creed Twit­ter account announced the delay. Along­side shar­ing the news, Ubisoft Mon­tre­al said its putting an arti­cle togeth­er to “pro­vide trans­paren­cy and share insights on [the devel­op­ment] process.”

This is the first piece of paid Assas­s­in’s Creed Val­hal­la Creed Val­hal­la DLC, tak­ing Elvor to Ire­land where they uncov­er the secrets of an ancient druidic cult call the Chil­dren of Dan­du. There’s also plen­ty of oth­er con­tent to par­take in, like for­est to explore, region­al kings to influ­ence, and Gael­ic folklore. 

The Wrath of the Druids can be pur­chased can be pur­chased indi­vid­u­al­ly, or comes with the $40 Sea­son Pass. The pass includes the sec­ond expan­sion, The Siege of Paris, which is sup­pose to launch this summer.
