In a couple of days Sony will be streaming another State of Play, this time focusing on The Last of Us Part II. The stream will take place on Wednesday, May 27th at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET and will feature an in-depth look at gameplay mechanics that were previously shown.

Naughty Dog vice president and co-director of The Last of Us Part II, Neil Druckman, is narrating the footage. Although a majority of the stream will deep-dive into already seen gameplay, there will be about eight minutes of gameplay for a brand-new area of the game.

This State of Play is supposed to be around 20 minutes long, similar to the recent State of Play for another upcoming PS4 exclusive, Ghost of Tsushima. Yet again, Sony has made it abundantly clear that no PS5 information will be given.

After several delays, The Last of Us Part II is currently set for launch on June 19th. If you’ve managed to stay away from major plot spoilers, then this game may be enjoyable for you.
