Focus Entertainment has announced that A Plague Tale: Requiem will officially launch on October 28th for PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S.
The studio also released an extended gameplay trailer, showing off more of the game. It appears this title will include more cinematic scenes than its predecessor. The trailer shows protagonist Amicia and her little brother Hugo trying to escape enemies as she fights them off.
Hugo can now control his powers, in turn helping Amicia by revealing enemy locations. Amicia now also has more lethal ways to get rid of opponents, including using a dagger and crossbow. Hugo can also release a sea of rats as well, devouring foes in their path.
The first game, A Plague Tale: Innocence, was released back in 2019 for the PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
