Microsoft revealed its plan to allow peoÂple who own the Xbox One to play highÂer-end games, which doesÂn’t involve purÂchasÂing new hardÂware. Microsoft announced in a blog post that Xbox Cloud GamÂing is set to be released as an Xbox app, which will allow users on Xbox One modÂels to play the upcomÂing Series X titles.
The numÂber of peoÂple in this catÂeÂgoÂry is not small, as Microsoft has statÂed there are “milÂlions” of playÂers who are still gamÂing on Xbox Ones. With the newest games pushÂing techÂniÂcal limÂits, Xbox Cloud GamÂing will be an option to supÂport playÂers on oldÂer conÂsoles, but want to play the latÂest games.
“For the milÂlions of peoÂple who play on Xbox One conÂsoles today, we are lookÂing forÂward to sharÂing more about how we will bring many of these next-gen games, such as Microsoft Flight SimÂuÂlaÂtor, to your conÂsole through Xbox Cloud GamÂing, just like we do with mobile devices, tablets, and browsers,” Microsoft said.
The comÂpaÂny did not detail the speÂcifÂic plans for this, but with streamÂing you’ll need a decent or good staÂble interÂnet conÂnecÂtion. At the very least.
