Xbox One X is available November 7th 2017. It will cost $499, Making X1X the most expensive console available but also the most powerful.
As for buying it.… well that is a tough one. If you own an Xbox One and love it. then You should save up and Buy and X1X. We prefer PlayStation so we have started replacing our PS4s with PS4 Pros and they are amazing, Xbox One X will be even better. If you don’t own an Xbox One and are on the fence about buying one, I would definitely wait until X1X launches and buy the more powerful console for the best experience for my investment.
