Reports have been swirling around that multiple Super Mario titles are going to be remastered for the Nintendo Switch. This includes several classics and even a new role-playing game.

Both VGC and Eurogamer reported the supposed plans to release the remastered Switch versions of Super Mario 64, Super Mario 3D World, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy. It’s part of the celebration for the franchise’s 35th birthday. The four titles will be coming from four different consoles: Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii and the Wii U.

Super Mario 3D World is reportedly going to be a Deluxe Edition with new levels. Gematsu also corroborated that Nintendo has a new Paper Mario title currently in the works. Paper Mario: Color Splash was the last Paper Mario game to launch, which was on the Wii U.

VCG also stated the new games were due to be announced as Nintendo shares more details on its Universal projects. This includes theme parks and an animated Mario film. Since E3 has been canceled, Nintendo could officially release the news of the remasters sooner than planned.
