Returnal Might Be Heading To PC After Steam Database Listing Spotted

It appears that Retur­nal could be mak­ing its way to PC via Steam rather soon. This would be the first PlaySta­tion 5 exclu­sive to join Sony’s PC library.

Accord­ing to a SteamDB list­ing, tags and descrip­tions that match Retur­nal’s game­play and world under the code­name “Ore­gon” was spot­ted. As an exam­ple, it con­tains “Tow­er of Sisy­phus,” which is an end­less mode that was a part of the game’s lat­est expan­sion, Retur­nal: Ascen­sion. This expan­sion also includ­ed co-op and dai­ly chal­lenges, which the SteamDB list­ing has key­words for as well.

Last­ly, the list­ing has major key­words like “Astro­pos” and “Helios.” The for­mer is the plan­et that Selene crash­es on in the game, and the lat­ter is the name of the ship she crashed into it.

Sony has­n’t giv­en any offi­cial announce­ments about a PC ver­sion of Retur­nal, but it could show up real­ly soon as part of a State of Play or even dur­ing next mon­th’s Sum­mer Game Fest.
