During Capcom’s E3 2021 presentation, producer Tsuyoshi Kanda announced that post-launch DLC is currently in development for Resident Evil Village. No other details were produced, including the premise or even a release window.

Kanda started off Capcom’s conference with a brief announcement for the online multiplayer Resident Evil Re:Verse, and informed fans that it will go live next month. It was after this reveal that Capcom unveiled the additional downloadable content for Resident Evil Village.

Resident Evil Village has been a massive success for Capcom after its May 7th launch, selling over 4 million copies at this point.
