Not that long ago, during a Pokémon Presentation, a challenge was give to all Pokémon Sword/Shield players to commemorate the release of the Isle of Armor expansion. If one million players could beat the special Zeraora Max Raid, then everyone could claim a shiny Zeraora for themselves.

It’s been a week, and Pokémon fans have already risen to that challenge. The Pokémon Japan Twitter account announced the monumental feat, but also noted that players far exceed the events goal. The total number of victories is 1,435,283, counting each individual player within within a team that successfully completed it.

Anyone who transfers a Pokémon between Pokémon Home and Sword/Shield between June 18th and July 7th, will be able to get a shiny Zeraora in the mobile version of Home. Even if you didn’t complete the Raid, or own the expansion.

However, you can only claim the limited edition Pokémon from June 30th to July 7th. Shiny Zeraora will be white instead of its usual yellow color.
