A new update is coming for No Man’s Sky. Titled Next, this patch is said to be the “biggest update so far” for No Man’s Sky. This update will be available July 24th, free to all No Man’s Sky players on Playstation 4, PC and the newly added Xbox One.
Hello Game’s Sean Murray gave a broad overview of the upcoming changes and additions to No Man’s Sky during Microsoft’s latest Inside Xbox live stream. During the stream Murray said that the team had been testing the new multiplayer for 6 months and that it gives the game “a really different” feel.
Pretty much everything that you do solo you will be able to do in multiplayer, explore, dogfight, build shared bases and more.
