Nintendo has officially announced a release date for the Switch exclusive, New Pokemon Snap, which will arriving on April 30th. Alongside the release date announcement, the company unveiled a new trailer.

Nintendo has already began accepting pre-orders for New Pokémon Snap, so you can grab copy now if you wish. You can also check out the new trailer, below:

New Pokémon Snap is a spin-off of the classic Nintendo 64 game, but obviously on a better system with new regions and Pokémon to take photos of. The game will take players to the Lental Region, where they can explore various islands and build their Pokédex. Nintendo promises you’ll be able to discover “new, never-before-seen Pokémon expressions and behaviors.”

The New Pokémon Snap title is being developed by Bandai Namco Studios, and just like the previous game, is an on-the-rails adventure. The auto-driving NEO-ONE vehicle will guide you along as you take pictures.

In the announcement, Nintendo stated that “players will be able to interact with Pokémon by throwing a Fluffruit, a tasty fruit found across the region, to catch their attention or watch them eat. You can even use the fruit to help draw out Pokémon into a variety of situations to see how they react.”
