Newest Ark Patch Fixes PS4 Player Dedicated Servers, Xbox Fix On The Way

Studio Wildcard has a bad history with patching Ark Survival Evolved on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Over the last few patches Player Dedicated servers have been Bluescreening,Crashing to dashboard, corrupting saves and have been unplayable. Leaving many Survivors with out the servers they worked so hard surviving on.

Things are looking up for Console players, it seems Studio Wildcard is using this extra development time gained from Ark’s recent delay to actually fix some gamebreaking bugs. This latest patch has fixed the bug that caused player dedicated servers to crash on the PS4. Xbox has a hot fix currently in certification.

Hopefully this signals that Wildcard is finally, actually fixing the Quality Of Life issues and game breaking bugs that still plague Ark before August 29th gets here as they promised in a recent Community Crunch.

Ark Survival Evolved leaves early access and Launches for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC August 29th.
