Pokémon fans have a new special-edition Nintendo Switch Lite console to pick up this coming fall. It’s releasing to celebrate the upcoming launch of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The limited-edition Nintendo Switch Lite Dialga and Palkia Edition releases November 5th, two weeks before Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl launch on November 19th. It’s not available to preorder yet.
The Nintendo Switch Lite Dialga and Palkia Edition doesn’t come with either of the upcoming titles (kind of a bummer), as is being sold at the standard Nintendo Switch Lite price of $200. If this design looks similar, that’s because it uses the special-edition Nintendo DS Lite design that was released alongside Diamond and Pearl. You can check them out below:
This is the second Pokémon-themed Switch Lite. Nintendo released a Zacian and Zamazenta Edition in 2019 when Sword and Shield launched. Of course, if you are looking to grab this special-edition console, it would be wise to get one when preorders go live.
If you have yet to preorder a copy of either Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can check out our preorder guide.
