Today CD Pro­jekt Red released a new hot fix for Cyber­punk 2077 that fix­es a game break­ing bug intro­duced in a pre­vi­ous update. Patch ver­sion 1.1 brings some more game­play and per­for­mance fix­es includ­ing a fix for the game break­ing bug that was caus­ing the quest “Down on the Street” to glitch, not allow­ing play­ers to progress. CD Pro­jekt Red out­lined a work around to by pass the issue but ver­sion 1.1 fix­es the bug com­plete­ly. Patch ver­sion 1.1 is avail­able now for the PC, Google Sta­dia, PS4, and Xbox One.

Cyber­punk 2077 had a less than stel­lar start with many play­ers expe­ri­enc­ing numer­ous bugs and per­for­mance issues. CD Pro­jekt Red has been quick to start fix­ing issues, releas­ing sev­er­al updates since launch. All these updates have slowed work on oth­er aspects of the game such as mul­ti­play­er, free and paid DLC and next gen con­sole updates as the devel­op­er is work­ing hard to fix the many prob­lems that play­ers have been having.
