Grand Theft Auto fans are not shy about wanting information on GTA 6, often continuously bothering developer Rockstar Games in any form they can, including YouTube comments. It appears Rockstar has gotten tired of people constantly pestering them about GTA 6, so they’ve decided to mute the phrase on their channel.

One Twitter user pointed this out (spotted by Dextero), saying that new comments related to GTA 6 posted to old videos on Rockstar’s YouTube channel, simply don’t appear. Doing a quick search through the latest GTA V trailer for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S shows that comments about GTA 6 don’t exist. What’s also interesting is that alternate spellings, like GTA Six, also doesn’t show up.

Those who are still looking to comment to Rockstar about GTA 6 on YouTube will have to come up with alternate spelling or some other method of communicating the game’s name. Of course, fans can still bombard Rockstar with questions about GTA 6’s status on other social media platforms, like Twitter.

GTA V released more than eight years ago, so it’s not surprising that fans are looking for information on the next game in the franchise. Even though GTA V is coming to next-gen consoles and updates for GTA Online have been frequent, it seems like some people are tired of waiting for the next game.
