During Xbox and Bethesda’s presentation, Obsidian announced survival game Grounded is getting a free update filled with new features. Players will now be able to… sit. That’s right, you can now sit down on the ground, adopt pets, and build your own castle in the upcoming Shroom and Doom update. It releases for both Xbox consoles and PC on June 30th.
Additionally, the update comes with an improved boss: the Broodmother. This deadly spider has previously been in the game, but has undergone a reworking and is now more terrifying than before.
The Broodmother also has an added bonus: unlocking more achievements. This update also brings a new set of achievements to Grounded, adding extra incentive to jump back into the world of bugs.
