Ubisoft released a set of four very short teaser trailer videos to announce the upcoming Far Cry 5 worldwide reveal. Each trailer is only about 25 seconds long and ends with the date with which the world reveal is set, on May 26th, 2017. No specific time was given, just a date.
The trailers themselves have a eire property to them, while at the same time displaying the environment, which is Hope County, Montana. All of these videos have a disturbing touch to them, the first starts off with a scenic river view…then a body casually floats past. The second shows the brutality, as a man is running through a windswept field and is gunned down by an unknown assailant who is off camera. You can watch the other two check out what they include, no point in telling you everything.
Ubisoft has already confirmed Far Cry 5 to be released sometime during this fiscal year, which ends on March 31st of 2018. Hopefully gameplay will be seen on May 26th, although with E3 right around the corner, who really knows. We could be seeing a teaser trailer, then a trailer on the 26th, then actual gameplay at E3.
