Darksiders III Release Date Confirmed, Pre-Orders Available

THQ Nordic offi­cial­ly announced the release date for Dark­siders ΙΙΙ today, which comes to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Novem­ber 27th, 2018. Along­side the launch date, the pub­lish­er also announced sev­er­al dif­fer­ent pre-orders. 

Any­one who puts mon­ey down at par­tic­i­pat­ing retail­ers or just pre-orders in gen­er­al, will receive a bonus armor skin for Fury (who you’ll be play­ing). There are two edi­tions that are only dig­i­tal, and two phys­i­cal editions.

Standard Edition

Dark­siders ΙΙΙ’s stan­dard edi­tion does­n’t have any­thing spe­cial, unless you pre-order it to receive the bonus skin. Of course, it cost $59.99. 

Deluxe Edition

This is a dig­i­tal edi­tion only and includes the game, the bonus skin, and two DLC’s that will launch after Dark­siders ΙΙΙ’s release. If you pre-order this edi­tion, you’ll get 24-hour ear­ly access to the game. It’s 10% off right now, cur­rent­ly $71.99 on the Xbox Store and $70.39 on the PlaySta­tion Store. 

Blades and Whips Edition

This is anoth­er dig­i­tal only edi­tion, which has every­thing the Deluxe Edi­tion has, includ­ing the ear­ly access and DLC, along with the Dark­siders War­mas­tered Edi­tion and Dark­siders II Death­ini­tive Edi­tion. For peo­ple buy­ing this edi­tion on the PS4, it will come with a PS4 Pro enhance­ment, though it’s unclear if every­one who already owns these two titles, will also get the upgrade. This is also 10% off, cur­rent­ly $89.99.

Darksiders ΙΙΙ Collector’s Edition

One of the two phys­i­cal edi­tions, it costs $150 and includes:

The most expen­sive edi­tion avail­able, $400, but includes four fig­urines and much more:

• 4 Fig­urines: Fury (~29cm 11″ high), Vul­grim, War, Death (each about 25cm 10″ high)
