Dark Souls: Remastered is set for launch on consoles and PC later this month, but if you want to get your hands on it before then, you may be in luck. PS4 and Xbox One players can download the network test client to secure a spot.
PS4 players can download the client from today until May 8th, while Xbox One players will only be able to grab it by May 7th. Xbox One players can get the test client here, and PS4 players here. You can download it, but the actual network test doesn’t start until May 11th — May 12th in the Americas from 6:00pm PDT through 12:00am PDT.
You’ll be playing through the Undead Parish area, so you can check out the updated graphic resolution, the 60fps framerate, as well as the new six-player multiplayer for the series’ PVP and co-op gameplay.
Dark Souls: Remastered will release on May 25th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC for $40. The Switch version will have a network test client, however, due to the game being delayed, there is no specified time the client will be available.
