Assas­s­in’s Creed Val­hal­la got anoth­er large update today, which laid the ground­work for Wrath of the Druids. How­ev­er, the patch also adds a few new skills, some bug fix­es, and more. 

The more notable of the addi­tions is three new skills with­in the upgrade tree. Each of them allow you to ignore attacks while per­form­ing cer­tain actions, any they refresh on a timer. Cold Rage focus­es on let­ting you ignore hit inter­rup­tions with suc­ces­sive reg­u­lar melee attacks. Eye of the North pre­vents flinch­ing from attacks while aim­ing with your bow. Final­ly, Intense Rage lets you ignore inter­rup­tions while using off-hand par­ry or spe­cial attacks.

The update will also add the abil­i­ty to tog­gle the cin­e­mat­ic cam­era dur­ing fin­ish­er moves, brings Bayek and Altair’s out­fits to the trans­mog sys­tem, and fix­es bugs with the Brew­ing Storm mis­sion. Sev­er­al new fish species were also added with this patch.

  • Addressed an issue where var­i­ous Fly Agar­ic mush­rooms were miss­ing the Mys­tery highlight.
  • Addressed an issue in In the Absence of an Eal­dor­man that pre­vent­ed play­ers from com­plet­ing the quest when they had already col­lect­ed the brooch before the start of the quest.
  • Addressed an instance when return­ing to Raven­sthor­pe, and the quest intro dia­logue would replay.
  • In the Stench of Treach­ery, Soma will now kill the trai­tor Eivor chooses.
