Ubisoft released an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update this week which fixed issues caused by the title’s last big update. Although title update 1.2.2 changed a bit, even adding a new mode called Mastery Challenge, it also introduced “some lingering crash issues.” Ubisoft says this new hotfix has addressed this problem.
Ubisoft has been releasing Assassin’s Creed Valhalla updates more on a monthly basis, so they can go through more “testing and refinement” before being unleashed onto the users.
“Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we always strive to provide you with great experiences,” Ubisoft explained in April. “That said, we recognize that some of our recent title updates may not have met your expectations or been up to our standards.”
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the best-selling game in the series, with Ubisoft announcing during its E3 2021 conference that the game will be supported throughout 2022 as well. Wrath of the Druids recently launched, and its second expansion, The Siege of Paris, will be released in the summer.
