During Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase Extended, the company revelead that A Plague Tale: Innocence will get Xbox Series X|S on July 6th.
The game will get visual enhancements, allowing for 4K resolution at 60fps. Although, the trailer shown did not confirm if load times would be improved on the Xbox Series X|S, it is likely to be the case.
After the reveal on Xbox Extended, developer Asobo Studio announced these enhancements would also be arriving to the PlayStation 5 and the cloud-version on the Switch.
At the E3 2021 Xbox and Bethesda Showcase, Xbox unveiled that a Plague Tale: Innocence is getting a sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem. This title will launch exclusively on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC in 2022.
